Having long confined his homosexuality to fleeting bathhouse encounters, husband Halim (Saleh Bakri) is unprepared for the forbidden attraction blossoming between him and Youssef (Ayoub Missioui)—also palpable to wife Mina, a character given poignant depths by Lubna Azabal (Incendies, 2010).
